Tinotenda Nathan Bure
Founder and Trustee

Tinotenda Nathan Bure is a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Media and Communication Studies as well as a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in English and Portuguese. Both were attained at the University of Zimbabwe. In 2016, he founded Mandisa Foundation Trust. Together with his team, they strive to build safe and equitable spaces for the disadvantaged. He served a term in office (2013-2014) as an Honourable Junior Councillor, Harare City Junior Council, Mabvuku-Tafara ward. In 2018, He was made the Foreign languages Brand Ambassador of the University of Zimbabwe Foreign languages Department. He is currently enrolled as a Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Programme Fellow in the disruptor category. A programme aimed at producing entrepreneurs who participate in social and political movements, address ignored social issues and contribute to positive social change. He was named as one of the Young Iconic Pace Setters in Zimbabwe by The Business Connect.

Precilla Gavaza
Executive Director

Precilla Gavaza is a young lady aged 26 and a holder of a BSc Degree in Sociology. She is an advancing humanitarian and development worker with a passion for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She is also an emerging leader and change agent passionate about volunteering and community service. Her vision is to see a better world where the love of humanity gets everyone serving their communities. She views the opportunity to work with Mandisa Foundation as the greatest chance so far to serve selflessly and she hopes to take the organisation to greater heights in its mission to empower women, young people and children from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds towards sustainable and fulfilling lives. She believes that with the unwavering support of the Executive Board, our Goodwill Ambassadors, Volunteers, Partners, Donors, Sponsors, and well wishers out there; a lot is about to change in the lives of our beneficiaries. She believes that together, we can conquer our common enemies including hunger, poverty, diseases, depression and preventable deaths.

Goodwill Ambassadors

Our Goodwill Ambassadors exist to champion our existence as an organisation. They serve to advocate or raise awareness for a specific cause. They engage with the public and help deliver humanitarian relief by implementing initiatives, expressing benevolence and compassion between parties.
